In terms of "released so far", yes.
Up to this point everything was either a last gen port or just rather plain.
Pikmin 3 seems like the first real Wii U game. (Which is ironic as it began as a Wii game)

New Super Mario Bros U was the first, Pikmin 3 is the second. Luckily, the third, fourth and fifth are all coming soon(ish).

I´m interested in Pikmin, but the first game who really made me have interest in the WiiU was ZombiU. After that, Lego City Undercover and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (I haven´t played previous versions of it and it has 3DS crossplay), besides some multiplatform games like AC3 and JD4

As far as future games go, also I'm keenly interested in Donkey Kong Country, Bayonetta 2, X, Yarn Yoshi, Mario Kart 8, and Batman Arkham Origins.
