..at some point.

im a huge playstation fan as most of you know but im also a gaming fan. The Xbox Original was so amazing and i loved it alot! the X360 was in the best word i can describe it.. junk.. and the Xbox One did look just as bad.

UNTILL MS changed everything and now if im honiest the onlt things holding me back from first day is: i dont want Kinect and the price.

The Xone (since the 180) looks pretty cool! yes its not as powerful as a PS4 and yes its still evil Ms but from a gamers heart it looks pretty good! What really converted me was seeing TitenFall in action. oh. my. tits. Its looks pretty fun an unless there is a PS4 release planned il have to get a Xone for it at some point! sames goes with PVZ:Garden Warfare. if no PS4 version is announced in the future il have to get the Xone for that too! also that dragon game tey showed at E3 also looks really good.

The Xbox One relly reminds me of the Xbox Original and its getting me excited!

im hoping it bombs at first and MS drop the kinect and maybe the Tv stuff and strip it down to a sexy price point. il be right on board!

According to Wikipedia, Garden Warfare is on PS consoles.

I'm not worried about MS making the same mistake when it comes to games. I expect them to keep pushing out good exclusives. I mean I don't want mediocre exclusives coming out just so one fan base can say they get all these exclusives when half of them are average or below average games. Anyway enough of my rant I'm looking forward to both consoles as I enjoy good gaming.

How will dropping the "Tv stuff" make the console better? It certainly wouldn't drop the price. And what exactly does "Tv stuff" refer to anyway?

its has a TV tuner it or something doesnt it? the thing is the size of a house and the Ps4 is estimated to be 50% more powerfull but about 40% smaller.. something is taking up all that room in there! smaller system - smaller price.

Given the price is locked in with Kinect, it wouldn't hurt to keep pushing the TV agenda.....behind the scenes so we don't get pissed lol

There is still a ton of potential to have the X1 replace your traditional cable box. Hopefully MS can make deals with major cable providers to offer the option.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

I will get one as soon as they drop the kinect stuff, the price and have around 10 good exclusives. 2 years down the road, probably.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

I'm sorry i had to stop reading at evil ms.
I fail to see how ms is a evil corp. they rank among the highest in CSR in the industry. For those who do not know what CSR means it stand for corporate social responsibility, google it and educate yourselves.
Just because they want your money doesn't make them evil, they are a business its kinda of the point. Its pathetic how people act like sony is a non-profit organization, they really don't give two shits about you and to think otherwise shows how delusional some of you sony fans really are.

i was taking the piss.. its was a joke.

its crazy how delusional some of you xbox fans are.

It's all complex.

Without the PS4 in the equation, every smart gamer would enjoy paying for the xbone. It really is a great device.

The problem is the PS4 does exist and is cheaper all while having the same/better multiplat games. This means exclusive content is the only way to justify $100 extra. Dropping features is not the way to do that.

Ill wait and see, this looks exactly like the 360 where it had exclusives for the first couple years then they slowly dwindled away to just Halo, Gears and Forza.  I mean honestly think about it, Mircrosoft can't afford to keep buying 3rd party games for the whole generation, especially with the increased cost to make the games.

Except they now have a ton more studios at their disposal then they did in 2005.

Its 1st and 3rd working together, instead of 3rd carrying 1st.

If you think about it their first party games aren't carrying the console, the thrid party games are.  First party they have Kinect Sports Rivals being made by Rare...idk anyone whos buying a X1 for that.  They have Forza 5, which is their big racing killer app for their launch.  Idk if you should include Killer Instinct because its not being made by Rare, its being made by a third party studio, so I guess that is up in the air.  Microsoft does not own Remedy, therefore they are not a first paty studio, therefore Quantum Break is not a first party game.  That is it 2 games, 3 if you include Killer Instinct for their first party games.  Everything else is third party.

I have the same sentiments.  The 360 was my first MS console and I enjoyed it a lot the first couple of years, especially with all the exclusive JRPGs they had (Lost Odyssey, Tales of Vesperia, Blue Dragon, Infinite Undiscover, etc), but like you said the # of exclusives have dwindled down signifcantly by year 4 and beyond.  I appreciate the fact that Sony continues to support the PS3 in now year 7 of its lifecycle with exclusives like Ni no Kuni, The Last of Us, Gran Turismo 6, Beyond: Two Souls, Tales of Xillia 1+2, Puppeteer, Dragon's Crown, and more still to come in 2014.  I may still get an X1 eventually, but my feeling is that the PS4 will be the better long-term investment given Sony's track record of supporting their consoles well beyond the initial 5 years.

Welcome to the new Dark Side as they say.

It's all about the games, games, games.

Looking forward to Ryse, Dead Rising 3, Killer Instinct, Forza and all those future exclusives.

It's just that simple.
