Yet again, I will have to go with Famitsu sales. :p

Dream Team pushed 100,000!

Top five are Nintendo games!
Pikmin 3 did not have too bad of drop and Luigi U is up stil!

so...is this the Wii U second week in a row at second place? Just off one big game? Exciting!

Yokai still doing well. Interesting.

Vita is second :P only just lol

Seems that some 3DS games have a hard time selling their initial shipment

Yeah I think Mario & Luigi is a victim of Mario fatigue. Too many Mario games in the last 1-2 years I think.

I wonder how Mind 0 will perform for Vita next week.

Absolutely atrocious first week sellthrough for both M&L and Danball... wtf? It's rare to see Famitsu stock estimates in the green range. I hope publishers realize that just because something is on 3DS, it won't always fly off shelves.

Youkai Watch showing some decent legs though, it seems to be benefiting from word of mouth among children according to Tsutaya.

I doubt it will do much better than Vahalla Knights 3 and Tales of Hearts.  R. So.. around 80k after acouple of weeks. 40-50k first week.

Then again you never know... the audience for persona is on the Vita, so maybe it will be a sleeper hit.

Well, that's an extremely decent second week for Youkai Watch. Colour me surprised, might end up being a hit after all. Looks like Level 5 will need it with the way Little Battlers is selling these days, too.

Decent for Pikmin 3 in the grand scheme of things, although (as I was saying to Coney just yesterday) the dozens of "But it only had two days worth of sales!" posts last week sours it a bit. It's still a good second week, but just goes to show that - as with 99% of games - sales are frontloaded. Short amount of sales time only does so much.

EDF breezes past 200k on PS3, crazy success for that game really. I'm very happy for it though, it's a great series.

Toukiden Vita fends off the PSP version for another week, I suspect the PSP version will stay in the charts longer though; and Danganronpa has really been revived by the Anime. It's crazy how sales are going up and up each week. Good for it; I hope it bodes well for the Vita version.

And hardware. Not much going on there, although a decent boost for 3DS. Wii-U back behind Vita though; seems that success was pretty short lived, and Vita might actually be up again next week thanks to Dragon's Crown. Either way, not too hot for both consoles.

P.S. Are those Mario & Luigi sales good? They seem low, but I don't know how this series usually performs.

Edit: Nvm, here's an update from my new favourite GAF poster.  No, it was not a decent FW.  Perhaps legs:

http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=72532966&postcount=3

Mario & Luigi series:

[GBA] Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga (Nintendo) {2003.11.21} - 63.839 / 438.781
[NDS] Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time (Nintendo) {2005.12.29} - 133.229 / 417.391
[NDS] Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story (Nintendo) {2009.02.11} - 220.055 / 745.701
[3DS] Mario & Luigi: Dream Team (Nintendo) {2013.07.18} - 108.005 / NEW

Paper Mario series:

[N64] Paper Mario (Nintendo) {2000.08.11} - 118.322 / 425.609
[GCN] Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door (Nintendo) {2004.07.22} - 137.750 / 398.218
[Wii] Super Paper Mario (Nintendo) {2007.04.19} - 156.055 / 505.491
[3DS] Paper Mario: Sticker Star (Nintendo) {2012.12.06} - 130.009 / 520.150

Bonus:

[SFC] Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars (Nintendo) {1996.03.04} - 335.872 / 1.089.795

Most likely legs. It looks like the best of the bunch. Also, the 1st one on NDS sold 133k, which is similar. I expect this to be due to the userbase size, and that the one after this one will lead to more Bowser's Inside Story sales.

I always look at the retail sales and give my thoughts, comparing it to other sales of the franchise...then I remember the eShop digital sells. What if the digital model sold more then the retail, same with Pikmin 3.

Don’t follow the hype, follow the games
