Forums - Sony - New PS4 UI screenshots!

The top three are a SmartGlass like app for the PS4. One on a tablet, the other two on a Smartphone.

It looks like PS4 gives you the means to upload a picture of yourself as your gamerpic. Wonder if that's through the PSV or PS4 Camera?

Hey! Is that an advertisement for Dragons And Cavalier? So, I guess PSN users get to pay for ads too. I suppose they'll be perfectly acceptable now that Sony is doing it and Microsoft has abandoned them on the home screen.

Love the look of the first pic, everything looks easy to navigate.

Tha actually looks like the tablets UI. So we don't have clear picture of what it actually looks like.

Now you mention that Ive just spotted the battery life bar on the upper right of the screen.

Sony have been doing this for a while. This is more like a store update than an ad.

An ad then.  If content promotion is an ad on Xbox LIVE than content promotion is an ad on PSN.  If it isn't an ad on PSN, then it isn't an ad on Xbox LIVE.

And yet they are on a gaming forum lol. Here to share with other gamers. Kind of ironic lol

Like I always say/think, if someone says they don't care about something over and over it most of the time means they really do care but just don't want people to know they care.

I don't know it looks clean but generic.

I guess I'm the only one not impressed.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.

Xbox One: What are you doing Dave?

That is just a screen cap of the ad and I still got a craving for McDonald's

I've never thought differently. Like I said, this is nothing new on PSN. What I would call an ad is something like Coca-Cola, Levis or whatever, that has nothing to do with the console. Or let's say McDonald's or a car...

Content promotions or ads? (lol it even says "advertisement")

That top image was never a UI on the Xbox 360.  It looks like either an attempt at sarcasm regarding ads, or someone's design proposal.  But it never looked like that.

Yes, the Volt advertisement is clearly an Ad.  It says so.

Love the second one!
