I honestly think the fact that 2 of their upcoming/released firstparty titles are MonHun clones (Soul Sacrifice and Freedom Wars) speaks volumes...but as you said: Nothing is impossible !


I don't think calling those two MonHun clones is quite the right word (especially since we haven't seen any gameplay of Freedom Wars yet).

Still, we're talking about games that must have been in development for years.  I'm not convinced that something like that would have been decided that long ago, though it's certainly possible that Capcom and Nintendo have worked out something long term.  I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

What argument?  That Monster Hunter might come back to Playstation eventually?  Uh, well, the basis of that line of thought is that it was on the PSP and sold extremely well.  So ... yeah.  But it's not even an argument, it's just speculation.  Why, does that bother you?  Because you're in for a really awful time on VGC, as people are speculation all over the damn place.  Seriously, though, what the fuck?  Hey, I've seen speculation that some third party games might come to the Wii U, go get 'em!

@outlawauron If Capcom wanted MH4 on PSP an "agreement" with Nintendo wouldn't have been made period. Capcom jumped ship from the sinking ship of PSP to the extremely fast growing ship of 3DS. 3DS was destined to rape PSP and Vita like the DS.

If Toukiden can push Vita to 31k/34k (depending on who you trust), then GE2 will boost it to 40k-50k.

Flawed logic. Even if Capcom wanted to make a MonHun game for 3ds, why would that stop them from making one for psp as well? Games are still selling extremely well on psp. They could have simply made it multiplat. From a business point of vierw it only makes financial sense if Capmcom received a serious amount of money from Ninty. They made a deal because it was very lucrative, not because they had no plans to make a monhun game for psp or even psv.

Bad move by Capcom seeing how 3rd generation of MH games are much lower than the 2nd.

Yeah, also don't think God Eater of all games will be the first Vita game to crack 1Mil. Miracles can happen, though.
