In this case I agree, couldn't care less for this kind of game.
It's pretty normal that there are some who leave and join a division with some thousand employees every single year...and with the Indie scene nowadays and stuff like Kickstarter this number will only increase since more and more people who know they are good simply start their own thing.

Pretty much this. Mean while Black Tusk alone has hired around 150 employees in the last year and gained EPIC employees and Rod Ferguson. Put that into perspective
34 days till E3/24 workdays left. Last year GT had 30 days of E3 hope they do it again this year.
Xbox One May Update Rolling out Now Adds Voice Messages and More
Microsoft on Monday released the Xbox One's May system update, which adds new features like voice messages, more SmartGlass functionality, and additional power-saving options.
First, Xbox One owners can now send and receive voice messages through the console's messaging app. What's more, voice messages can be sent between Xbox One and Xbox 360.
The update also adds a new Power On/Off option for the free SmartGlass app, which lets you power your console on and off, provided your console and mobile device are on the same network.
What's more, the May update tweaks the Xbox One initial setup options for new users to allow them to choose between "Instant-On" and "Energy-Saving." Microsoft announced plans for this new option last month, following a searing report from the National Resources Defense Council.
Finally, the May Xbox One update introduces dedicated servers for party chat. Microsoft is starting the rollout now, and availability will be expanded in the coming weeks.
