Zombies are so lazy. I don't understand the fascination. They're just an excuse for developers to get away with shit AI. I mean ya it's fun to slaughter the hell out of some zombies now and again ala Dead Rising, but I grow tired of them pretty quickly. There's simply not enough challenge or variety to make zombies fun for a very long time.

Zombies were awesome back when the genre was fairly niche (somewhere in 2006 they still were, which is when OG Dead Rising released); but ever since they became a trend and every game thinks of adding a zombie genre just for cater to these audiences they've lost their appeal.

Coincidentally, now we're craving for good Vampire media, which we were oversaturated a few years ago.

Microsoft Edge in the Pipeline for Xbox, Says Microsoft

After almost 20 years, Microsoft Internet Explorer is being put on ice. The browser was mostly used to download a different browser, but it holds a special place on our desktop, a place we hardly visit by the way. Nonetheless, the browser got the job done before the arrival of Chrome and Firefox so we  should thank Microsoft for it.

Since Internet Explorer is saying goodbye, we are about to see the dawn of Project Spartan, nowofficially named Microsoft Edge. The browser is the future of web surfing on Windows 10.

Microsoft is marketing the new browser as a universal app, meaning it will be available across a range of different platforms. We already know the mobile version and Windows 10 iteration is heading our way as soon as the final build for Windows 10 goes public.

However, the development team was recently asked if the new app is heading to Xbox One. The team replied by saying that Edge’s version for Xbox One is in the pipeline, but they are currently focused on mobile and Windows 10.

The development team said the browser is heading to the console but they can’t yet give a timeline for its release. If the new browser is planned for Xbox One, it means the current version is being scrapped soon.

Microsoft hasn’t yet stated if the Xbox One version will differ in any way from its Windows counterpart. We can expect to hear more regarding Microsoft Edge for Xbox One in the near future.

Ugh, tough choice this round. Though I'll tip MGSV this time, hoping it'll be one last hurrah for Kojima.

Also I received a message from Dex this morning and perhaps you guys already know this but he's been busy out of town for the past few weeks, and has his "big thing" today. So let's all wish him good luck and hope that he'll fully recover soon

I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place for such comments but screw it. Some things take priority.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Guides are for noobs. Not only do they remove a great deal of challenge, but they spoil secrets and branching paths for you, which in turn ruins the beauty of replaying a game and being amazed at all the things you can discover that you might have missed the last times. You couldn't pay me to use a guide lol

Back off everyone, we got a real, hardcore gamer over here.

Who knows.  They made a thread about a week ago saying he is busy with Gamewise and other stuff and we should go help them with that.  You dont want my opinion on it, but whether we get numbers or not people will complain.  When we get the numbers people will complain theyre wrong, and when we dont we will complain they arent here.  Just shows you the state this site is in

Last time I used game guides was like 20 years ago for Secret of Mana and Illusion of Time (Gaia) on my SNES but only because the guides were sold with the game in one nice package^^

I also never read about how to get an achievement except for "what are the secret achievements I didn't get yet". I find it boring to play like other people suggest you and I prefer to invest hours to get that achievement on my own.

Good luck to Dex. Good user and an even better person. Hope everything goes well for him
