I agree with you.. must be a Europe thing, here a game console is playstation thanks to the brain washing everyone gets from tv.

If someone goes to my house and comments my systems (dreamcast, wii, 360, XBO are connected) that someone will say... ''you are living well, you got 4 playstations''.

Soul caliber was pretty fun on the ps2. Liked playing as my custom character and the ninja with the big boobs xD

It's not just on TV. When I went to see the Avengers in Munich on Friday they had an ad for it there before the previews as well

SC was my first (or second) game, I ever owned.

Also played a lot on arcades.

Yeah it's almost like that here as well. A few older people would maybe also say "a Nintendo" instead but for most a console is a "Playstation" here and people would never even think about anything else when they go in a store to buy a console simply because they have that name burned in their head^^

It's pretty much like with Coca Cola or when people say iPad when they talk about a tablet (even moderators on TV  do it, it's like free advertisement for Apple lol)
