I for 1 think it looks very fun, but even if it does come to us, I don't play PC.

Saber Interactive is the dev developing it and they have experience in developing Halo games.

They have HQ in NJ, but their game development it's in Russia, St. Petersburg.

I bet they pitched this idea to MS and because they needed a closed Beta, they chose their home country where PC gaming and F2P model is huge.
