I bought Metal Gear Demo when it was discounted using my Xbox One. But I don't see the game in "My Games" section and when I go to the game page on the store it shows the price like I never bought it. My credit card got charged and I got a conformation email from Microsoft.
I went to Xbox.com support and saw that I have to wait fro ~20 minutes to chat with someone (always like that with Xbox support)! I'm not going to call them, it will be costly.
Can I contact them by email? Because I don't see this as an option.

I've never contacted them by email. Only when my issue could not be solved was, I given an email address to send my issue to. I contact them with chat and by telephone although the waiting times are getting bad with the chat service. They really need to hire more people for that.
