change region under system(console will be on german, so you should know where everything is), then simply go to the deals page, get the game, let the download finsih and then you can change your region back and since it´s free you don´t need a creditcard or credit in the german store

no, i did it alot just to play on english, since not all games have good subs in german,

and in germany we have the full game unlock for free not just the demo
