Can't really get into Dead Rising 3 after playing the greatness that is Sunset Overdrive. Will resume that in 2015.

Now onto Persona 4 Golden!

I loved Dead Rising 1 + 2. I still have the 3rd one on my list to get but is it bad?

I played one and two. Watched more than I played. It's not "bad," but coming from Sunset Overdrive which favors more on color, fun traversal, and humourous writing to Dead Rising where it's all washed out colors, zombies everywhere... which makes traversal slow unless you get into a car. Plus you still have that timer, which is more friendly than DR 2. Meaning no zombrex for Katie, but you still have to be aware of the timer. It's a pretty open sized world with a ton of collectibles, blue prints, and side missions, but I feel open world exploration is hampered from that included timer. Also, a plus to the game is making weapons on the fly, no work bench. The weapons themselves are pretty awesome.

I didn't get very far at all, but I just wasn't feeling it for what i played. I only did a chapter and about 2 hours of the open world though. At the end of the day it is still a launch game, so I can't fault it too much for that. I'll definitely get back to it though next year.

Edit: If you did love the first two you probably will like the 3rd one. I do miss the casino though, thought that was pretty interesting. Really wish there were more colors as well. But that's more of a preference than anything.

MS needs to bring back their Arcade games. XBLA needs to be fired up for X1.
Indie devs mostly wanna make nostalgia inducing 2D platformers. The problem is that they're marketing them to the wrong crowd. Most gamers are 30 or less and they grew up with 3D platformers instead of 2D ones.

The zombrex bit was a pain in DR2. Which is probably why I haven't played OTR yet. Since I'm guessing you'll have to deal with that with Frank as well. Normally I don't look at gameplay videos on games I want to get as I wouldn't want to see spoilers. As far as Sunset Overdrive that's def on the list when I get a new system. Problem is everytime I run across the money, something happens and I need to spend it lol.

If it's just Gears 3 then I expect it to just be 19.99. Anything higher is a rip-off.

Lol everyone thinking black tusk is talking about gears on x1. Everyone setting themselves up for disappointment I guess. Whatever they're talking about it sounds like something for gears 3 on the 360. Mode, map, costume something.

Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

You played by yourself? I'll co-op Dead Rising if you or anyone is interested. I also bought the Apocalypse Edition so that's four players with all the DLC. Haven't played yet waiting to get more ppl into it with me. Got me and my nephew lol

DR3 on normal the timer is pretty slow allowing for exploration and tonnes of side missions. DR3 on nightmare is more like 1 & 2 where the timer moves quickly only letting you do the main story

We’ve updated player counts to 4v4 for most playlists, and SWAT has returned to matchmaking. Read the details here: http://aka.ms/mcc_updates

MCC is getting there now, after 3 useless updates I was getting worried/upset tho

Time to invest my weekend time into it.
