Not really.  VGC numbers and NPD numbers are similar and different at the same time.  They track things in similar ways which is why neither are 100% accurate, and even when adjustments are made to VGC to be more similar to NPD they arent exact.  Also it doesnt come out and say "These are NPD numbers" which is what i mean by being discreet.

Is it possible that MS are waiting to put together the holiday sales instead of just BF?
I don't think BF numbers were low for Sony or MS, especially that a lot of deals/bundles got extended through Cyber Week here in the US.

From the sounds of it, both Sony and MSFT had a good black friday. Them not giving info isnt really saying they did good or bad. I know Greenberg sounded super happy if that is anything to go by. BUt yeah, they dont have to say anything for it to be good.

It's not good extrapolating like that, each store will have different stock and different levels of sales.

450k for BF wouldn't be bad for XB1, but would mean we have it a few hundred K overtracked.

Yeah, I mean that could be amazing or could be quite a low amount, unless you're deeply entrenched in knowledge of channel stock and sales ect it's impossible for us to tell.

I will be happy with XB1 numbers around 1m this Nov NPD.
