I WAS looking forward to ESO.....before they announced that I would have to pay a monthly sub fee on top of my xbox live gold sub.  Honestly, that's going to kill the game if it releases that way.

Is anyone else hoping that activision releases some sort of "original infinity ward classics" bundle with Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 4, and Modern Warfare 2? Those are still my most favorite CoD games, imo.

No =p. But I expect an COD Access in the future that let you play older COD games for 30 euro a year;.

That doesn't sound too appealing.

Maybe an Activision Access instead?  Not limited to CoD games.

Has anyone at 343 given an eta as to when we should expect the update? Thursday? Friday?
Two more reviews have come out, 7/10-gamerscouts, 6/10-shogungamers. They even waited a week after release to see if it's any better. I realize 343 is probably working to get the patch out, but I really wish they'd have worked to get the update out today rather than "later in the week."

I get that most don't like Locke (for now): he appears arrogant in Nightfall and in the extra cutscenes in MCC, and he'll be the hunter of our beloved JOHN-117, but I think that's how it's supposed to be. Plus, Kurt had big portions of that book for himself which is, in comparison to Nightfall, an overwhelming amount of content, so give him a break guys haha

And I doubt Chief would lose a fight against a Spartan IV if both had no armor on, but who knows how more advanced Locke's armor is compared to Chief's.
