I think reviews should be re-evaluated later on. Like a review on launch day and a final verdict a month later. It could also put the game to a better light like for instance, someone buying Drive Club at launch versus someone buying it 2 months later. He goes for the review, it says servers are down and no weather system but this isn't true two months later. Maybe not doing a complete review of the game but adjustments should be considered.

Many people has suggested this.  Ive been up for it since last year with KI

Wasn't the update supposed to go live 40 minutes ago? Matchmaking seems no better for me.

I haven't tried any slayer but I'm finding games pretty fast in Anniversary rumble.

yeah, sites could do that sometimes also with games which get some free add-ons or stuff (which doesn't happen very often but as example with racing games like GT or Forza, both franchises get only better after time and especially GT5 and Forza 5)

When MCC is in half a year a totally different experience as today it's pretty weird to have still the same score from that site since it should be a help for the customer in half a year then and he doesn't have anything from reading about stuff which won't be true when he reads it.

It's obviously not so easy to do that especially for smaller sites but at least those games which have some launch issues which get resolved sooner than later should be tried when these issues are solved to give it a second thought.

When magazines review a car and it doesn't have enough power (just as example) and they put a new motor in it after a year thee magazines will also check it a second time and how the car feels then.

People could look at that review in a week and it could already be redundant. He should have waited a week or two and then if it was still like what it was at launch then published it, but after a day and knowingly reviewing driveclub well with its problems lasting weeks it just seems stupid.

Does anybody know how big is BestBuy on US videogame sales chart pie?
Cause if they're big, X1 sales this month is going to be gargantuan. Since the announcement of price cuts Xbox One has had 3 consoles above PS4 the whole time. Four when SO bundle was still around.

The easiest way to do reviews better is to have at least two categories for singleplayer and online (as long as online isn't co-op story or something). MCC seems to have also problems in the campaign but then they could differentiate much better between online and offline problems and it would be also better for people only interested in online or singleplayer to know if the part they care about is good enough.

So pretty much what you're saying is you don't understand how people could possibly have a different opinion from you?

Well um... yeah that's what I meant. All my posts are my opinion after all.

Just joking, calm down there bud.

For my opinion on Metacritic and reviews is to remove most sites. It used to be like 15-30 sites reviewing something. Now its close to 100 different sites. I say get rid of them unless theyre a part of the weighted group. I mean lets be honest, who goes on there and reads most of these? We go to a select few that has proven to be trustworthy and that is about it
