I gotta ask, but why was he banned without a warning? I too have seen people say worse on these forums but I just kinda ignored it. People have a right to express their opinions and in my opinion what he said wasn't enough to actually hurt someones feelings or anything. He wasn't really making fun of them or flaming. And as far as I know, he hasn't really done anything recently to justify being banned without warning.

Also, does everyone just get a ban if they get reported for something along those lines? Feel free to moderate this, feel free to even give me a warning if you want but I am really curious. And if you can't answer here, PM me.

He was warned before, and has had a day ban. The moderation system is progressive; so next was three. If you go a length of time, say...6 months without moderation then you go down a step or two. But his last ban was about 6 weeks ago, so not enough time has passed. 

People get reported, we have to look and decide amongst ourselves if it's worth moderating. This case was a "yes", other times may be a "no", and indeed, if people continue to report nonsense over and over they will be the ones moderated. Similarly however, if you see posts like this which you believe require moderation, then do so. Just press the "report" button and we'll take a look at it, of that you can be sure.

Quick question. I downloaded NBA from the disk of course when I first got it. I'm now able to play without the disc being in. My nephew has the disk and plays it from his Xbox. What's the deal with this? I haven't purchased it digitally either. I just found out a couple of days ago.

Speaking of which i had the biggest surprise the other day I got a warning instead of a ban... Have I been slacking so much lately that I'm back to a low level threat to the good health of these forums... Or did I get lucky :p ????
