It's brutal and straight to the point. If my XB1 was doing terrible as the Wii U in the first year I'd hope more people would say the samethings about the X1.

You can't blame an entire company for what one person commented on Youtube.

If anything though that employee should be punished because he/she is not using a personal account but a company account. This will put a sour taste in some peoples mouth.
