Try Ebay or your local equivalent with pickup option, or thrift stores.
Sometimes you see them sitting at the curb here, though most likely broken.

I miss crt monitors too, they always look good in any resolution. LCD panels only look good in native res which sucks when the gpu can't keep up. Plus a good whack to get the picture stable always feels satisfying.

Flea markets like others have mentioned. A pawn shop might still carry a CRT but it seems like they mainly just carry LCD/LED/plasma now a days. Goodwill would probably have some CRTs also. I regret giving my Samsung CRT that had component connections (480p) away to friend. It isn't that I was upset giving it to friend. It was the fact that it got stolen from the garage he had it in. Out there somewhere is a Samsung CRT with South Park and ATHF stickers on the top of it (to hide the scratch mark that I put on it when I first moved it into my apt while I was in college).

Get a cheap HDTV or monitor and/or buy one of these:

He's American. SCART won't do. Not to mention that component will be simply better on any HDTV.
