This has to be the worse advice I have seen from an analyst in a while.
Lets say the guy is right and Nintendo next results are terrible. Guess what will happen ? The stock will tank.
So why advise people to buy a stock now when you are expecting it to tank soon ?
It makes no sense.................................

PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !

PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !

I do have to question whether or not these analysts know a single thing about the industry. Clearly not.

What if the PS4 sells badly? Should Sony go to iOS, because they'd be in far more trouble than Nintendo are in right now (and they likely will be anyway with the Vita), or MS for that matter?

People just want Nintendo to fail for some reason. I don't know why, but it seems to be the dream of many. It's quite disturbing.

it's not surprising at all. glass shards envy diamonds.

Nintendo won't because gameplay

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

Bwahaha, did he read the summary of Nintendo's Investor's meeting at all? Actually they are the biggest player in mobile games ($$$), why would they go iOS? To make less money?

I'm pretty sure there are more games being played on ios and android than the 3DS lol

It's strange that we have yet to see analysts say that Sony should go iOS. After all, it would make a whole lot more sense for Sony, because their handheld is tanking hard.

Indeed, I recently bought a racing game called "Repulze" for 69p. I feel all warm and cosy, knowing that I have contributed to that developer's lavish lifestyle of cocaine, women and arabian racehorses.

If only Nintendo knew how to make a profit on their products, they'd be sorted!

Why does it seem that "analysts" make so much noise about what companies should do, rather than what they are actually likely to do?

This smells like FUD, and unfortunately, that has proved to be effective at chipping away a company's presence.

This is true. If they tell investors that the stock price won't rise until Nintendo admits defeat and moves to iOS, than that's what will happen.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Nintendo should make games for mobile devises (but block Sony and MS devises from using the games) they should make new "cheap quality" IP.

And they should release NES games on phones etc (so people buy their games instead of using illegal roms)

Mario Kart Zelda etc should never be mobile games and if they do they should always be crippled games.

Might be time for them to do another stock buyback? Although it could insulate the company, I wonder what impression the mere act of it could impart. What might be seen as "fortification" to supporters could be seen as "desperation" to detractors, and we know who has the loudest voice.
