U guys may think im a cheap ass but ive never spend over $200 on any console or $250 including games. Id be willing to go about $50 higher but anything over that I refuse. Here is my history of consoles ive bought with my own cash, not including presents or used consoles.

Also im hoping to get a Wii U, Pikmin 3 and Wind Waker HD for under $300 this holiday

I've never had to buy a system by myself before so I can't say. All my systems either came as gifts or my siblings and I split the $ to get one.

I guess it would depend on the value I see the system having. If it's worth $600 then I'd spend that much but it better come with tons of cool features and about 5 bundled games...

$450 is the most i spent. That was xbox w doa 3, munchs oddysee, and halo.
