I have to go with Nintendo.

Even with the messed up way they handled the Wii U and the last days of the Wii outside of Japan, they are still clear and away one of the world's top publishers and at least with the 3DS, they have been able to produce a steady stream of software that blows every other 1st party publishers away. They are improving with their digital policies as well, bit by bit.

I automatically voted for Nintendo, but I should have read this first:

I'd definitely vote for Sony if that is the criteria.
