100k isn't a disaster. 

From what I've heard Pikmin isn't as frontloaded as other franchises typically are in Japan?

I guess the 20k WiiU figure is worrying though.

It's about spot on what you'd expect as long as you didn't get caught up in the retailer blog "170k" hype.

22k Wii-U isn't a disaster either, as long as you didn't get caught up in the "It's the biggest release for months!" hype.  Yes, it is, but that doesn't make it a big release.  And white premium bundle isn't anything too great.

Unfortunately, most people did get caught up in one or the other.

I guess we will have to wait in the coming weeks to see how front loaded it is, then.

Also, 22k is an increase of 14k, so that's like 250% up WoW. When you consider it was only 3 weeks ago sales were hovering at 5k or below, 22k isn't terrible by any means. It depends how sharply it drops in the coming weeks.

Well if this is the impact it's had it'll revert back I guess.
