It is not mandatory... it is ready for all games that didn't require PS Move... it's build into the console core... no dev works needs for that.

Sony already implemented that... so you can use with all games from day one * except the games with mandatory motion control.

Why? It's not like developers have to really do anything so it won't take away from development. PS4 hardware automatically streams the game to the vita. Only thing Sony asks of developers is to make sure vita controls work well with the game. Anyway this is one of the bigger selling points of the PS4, IMO.

Fair enough, i would much rather sony use that effort to get exclusive games on that platform :(

Sadly Nintendo has the opposite idea, forcing handheld games onto consoles aka the next 3d mario game.

You can tell sony's strong point is consoles while nintendo shines with handhelds :P

PS4 have more power... so the devs will use to give better graphics, simulations, etc.

That's easy... you don't need to change the code to make use of these additional power.

I expect all the third party games have some enhancements for PS4 version.
