So we have currently [PSV~14%/25%~3DS] of their respective goals! Its already been the first half of the year. Do Both of these have a chance to make their goals?

18mil is a huge # but Pokemon X/Y looks to be the best Gen since Gold/Silver imo. Also Monster Hunter which was comparable to pokemon (japan) in terms of sales on psp is coming exclusively on 3DS *.*! Not to mention NoA will eat up sales for LoZ A link between worlds in Dec! I say minumum 3DS does this year is 16-17mil but can definitely do 18-20mil possibly 21mil O.o

I guess, now that you mention it, it seems entirely possible for it to sell that much. The 3DS is just killing it, sales wise.

Didn't you already do this thread? Anyway I think 16-18mil for the 3DS, and 5-6mil for the Vita. So just maybe for the 3DS, but not for Vita.

yea but it kinda fell off my radar O.o Lol! 3DS might make it, im really interested to see #s for MH4! Also i still think pokemon x y can surpass gens 3-5 in sales. We'll find out soon enough

3DS seems better poised to make it than Vita under the currently known conditions.

I beleive 3DS can do it but it all depends on if the Vita gets a price cut or Killzone and Tearaway are true system sellers.

18m for the fiscal year Nintendo has is very possible yes. 18m for this year is possible but really depends on how big the holidays are. Mon Hun and Pokemon should give huge boosts to September and October, and I see the 3DS having its best holiday season by far. It will surely put last year's numbers to shame.

@BlowoverKing Yeah because those games have a chance against Poke and MonHun lol.
OT: 3DS definitely has a chance, Vita on the other hand would be lucky to beat Wii.
