What did you expect when you're adding Fire Emblem to MegaTen? Surely you expect some new things. Fire Emblem's gameplay is always great, but stories are boring and generic, so I'm glad it's getting some freshness injected into it.

Eh? What rocks about Fire Emblem is the game mechanics coupled with solid story and characterization. Broadswords and princesses are in no way essential to the experience in my mind.

If all Intelligent Systems does is create a game where two Stratagists wage war with an army of demons lifted out of SMT in a supermarket, I'll be there.

edit: Assuming those demons have charmingly developed characters, of course.

I really liked the monster from Sacred Stones, and SMT has some pretty awesome demon designs.

Maybe FE SPRG-like gameplay with SMT setting and demon designs. Could be cool.

No thanks. I don't see why you'd want that unless you've just never played any of the SMT games.

I'm pretty sure it wil be a SMT game first that incorporates FE lore and gameplay elements. Don't bet on FE people to show up. This is not The Flintstones meet The Jetsons.

I like. Also, since you'll probably be slaying demons (pun intended), I don't think the swords will look out of place at all. Some of the armors, though...

Not really a fan of the series so this sounds really intriguiging.

I wander if they'll for a the same artstyle. I hope Nintendo really pushes these more riske adventure ala this, X, Wonderful 101 and Beyonetta
