January 30, 2008 - Earlier this week, Circuit City accidentally posted a new DS edition on its online store. Though the listing was quickly taken down, it did expose a rather attractive looking Cobalt Blue / Onyx DS that looks even more attractive than the Crimson / Onyx DS of late 2007. No release date was listed, but price was set to the standard $129.99.
Today, more retailers have let slip info on the Cobalt Blue DS. GameStop advertising materials have already hit the net, promoting a February 10 release date. That date has reportedly been corroborated by various employees from other outlets, so it's looking pretty sturdy. Nintendo, however, remains silent, though the company has never had much of a history of pre-promoting aesthetic upgrades to its handhelds.

Im pissed that I bought the old ds 1 month before the lite came out. So Manuelf you aren't the only one with the old one.
