Ladies,

it needs to be said: The mods on this site are doing a terrible job. I know it is unpaid (who the hell would pay for such a bad job anyway?) and it is a lot of work and it is ungrateful, I am harsh, ... Stop whining please.
At the end of the day, the moderation here is still really bad.

Here are my examples:

Yeah, the Vita is really dead in the water. It will be Sonys last handheld.

After Sony THEMSELVES lowered their forecast to ca. 4 million (or even less) PS Vita sold in a whole year around the world, such a statement is not trolling. It is a reasonable prediction! The best part is the explanation, why I was banned: "This comment just seems like you're fishing to piss off Sony fans."

Sony (NOT ME) released these numbers! I did not make these up. How many generations of handhelds do you expect Sony to release with sales like these?
The funny part is that I was right with that statement. Look at Sonys E3 and how big the Vita part was... Right, there was no Vita part at all.

How many threads were made about the Wii U being the oh-so-bad-failure. If you follow this rule strictly, every thread should have been closed and the OP banned. Didn't happen.

I made fun about the whole exclusive, timed exclusive discussion. There were 161 posts arguing about what kind of exclusive this really is. And Playstation fans want this game (rightfully so, btw) as soon as possible. But that statement was marked as trolling, because "Same reason as last ban: here you've put some bait on your hook, hoping that you can draw the ire of PlayStation fans." The last ban was based on an assumption "it seems like..." and this one continues the bad moderation-spree.

But this is not about me bitching why I was banned. The point is that there are posts here, which are just obviosly troll-posts and those are managed in a different way:

There is nothing to argue about right? Just a few days after I was banned for 5 days for my statement regarding Titanfall, this user received a "Warning". Nuff said.

I was banned 5 days and 3 days, because a mod thought it might offend Playstation fans. I think this might offend Nintendo and MS fans then. No moderation at all.

I don't want this to be something like "mods are pro Sony / Nintendo / MS".
I just want the mods to finally get their standards right and stop acting like their personal oppinion is the way we all have to follow.

Why is VGChartz so sensitive? You can't even have a little banter on this site which really is more damaging than all this political "let's suck each other off" correctness.

Mods, please chill out and let members have a little more freedom of expression. Even EA forums allow more banter.

If you don't like it then why be a part of the site? Go to a different site. All of your bans seemed aimed at Sony so it's obvious you don't like the company or the gamers supporting Sony. Go join an Xbox only site so you can be happy and frolic with the others like you.

i love how its the people who continuously get banned are the ones who always complain about the mods. its like when a student fails every subject then goes around blaming the teachers for his failure
