This game has been worked on for the last few years and with Atlus or the parent company in financial trouble there will not be any risk taking with this important title. It's going PS3/360 and will likely be announced at TGS with a 2014 release date.

Given the current stance towards home consoles in Japan, it would be sending the game to die to release it on the PS4.

Most certainly PS3, Vita or both of them. Persona 4 golden sold really well so i am expecting to see the Vita getting at least a port.
