Not really a big deal. But it doesnt bode well for the xbox as far as by how much they are going to lose by.

I said Worldwide, not America.
In North America, the PS2 sold over 53 Million units. The PS1 sold 39 Million units. The PS3 will sell over 30 Million units.
The PS brand is strong enough in America, even when they launch at a huge price disadvantage with poor support.

Anti-gamer? why in the world would microsoft release a new console if there were anti gamer? Maybe since microsoft screwed up the messaging on their original plans and the internets irrantional-overly emotional response, perhaps..... just maybe.... there was some bogus information out there. Maybe you should think before you speak.

Careful, you could get banned for saying things like this. I know:)

This again. Do you get how much sense this makes? Absolutely zero, especially since MS has practically dropped the 360 like a bad habit while PS3 is still getting big games |
Didn't say anything about sony, sony's "gamers" don't buy games. With rare exception they do, like the Last of us

Microsoft changed plans. They went from online required to no online required. They went from region lock to no region lock. They went anti-used games to pro-used games.
People stood up and let them know what they thought. Preorders told them what gamers thought.
Microsoft accepted it, you should too.

or it shows the people that want the xbone got better things to do with their lives than voting on a poll.

Lol... Online required whats the big problem, I leave my systems connect all the time. I happen to "notice" your on the internet, so whats your problem with?
Really region lock, thats the weakest issue i've ever heard of. Microsfot was never going to ban used games, you could still take your games to gamestop and sell them. you could still walk in to gamestop and buy used games. They were just going to put a licensing system in place and a small fee that goes to the publishers. Thats all it was. None of those make them "Anti-gamer", that just means you're stupid. Well yea pre-orders suffered, it's was a rather large phony controversy. BTW sony was going to implement a similar drm system. Not because they were "anti-gamer", it was to prevent piracy.
You say, "Anti-Consumer"
I say, " you're an idiot"
You say, "anti-gamer"
I say, "Never go full retard"

A wild Master Chief appeared
As expected for a console launching in the same year as the Xbox at a fair market price. Those polls, im guessing are public opinion mostly of the hardcore gamers. Their influence much like every other gen will have the dis-loyal console gamers who only care about third party offerings buy the most favorable launch console in order to play with their friends online.
