I think it will be close, but Luigi's Mansion will win out.

The Last of Us, but probably Luigi's Mansion will have a longer lifetime because of the ps4 launch

thats also another factor! I see TLoU beating it but then again Luigi Mansion can maybe explode during holiday? Lifetime however Luigi Will keep getting leg sales like MK7/AC/SM3DL on 3DS for another 4-6 years imo!

Let's say the last of us will reach 4 million this year and 5 eventually, while Luigi's Mansion may reach the around 5 or 6 but in the following years

TLOU by years end 100% given how close the gap already is and Luigi's Mansion 2 had a head start.

Lifetime hmmm...if TLOU gets a PS4 port and sequel then I will say TLOU will outsell lifetime

TLoU may go past it in a few weeks, but LM2 will retake the lead, if not by the end of the year but by the end of the year.
