I honestly didn't expect that the gifted version can be used to gift the game again. To whoever recieving this code: MAKE SURE TO CONNECT YOUR CLUB NINTENDO ACCOUNT TO YOUR 3DS BEFORE YOU ENTER THE DOWNLOAD CODE. This way the game can be gifted indefinitely.

Can't you just create a German Club Nintendo account? Since you seem to be able to use the Club Nintendo code for your consoles twice I could even give you the code of a german 3DS for the registration^^
