if you have all your real life friends playing the this gen version of as example cod, it doesn't make really sense to buy the next gen version if there is no cross-play and if you always play with them.

Good question!
Well I think in the first year I will split my time between the PS4 and 360. After a year I will just play PS4 and then after that I will split my time between the PS4 and Xbox One.

well im not getting a ps4 until MGSV or FFXV release so im sticking to current gen until then. i did plan on picking up the ps4 at launch but a disappointing launch line up and my tendency to spend all my money on random shit stopped me
