It's funny but when I'm gaming on PC I hardly post on VGC pretty much because of no loading times, The one plus from the minus that consoles have is you can write decent posts on here in a minute whilst they load between areas where as writing on here when gaming on the PC means I have to interrupt the gaming session :P

Wait, does that mean that you browse and take part in conversations/discussions while playing? How can you do that without dying, crashing or whatever in game?

I mean when I game on a console I browse and write posts when loading screens happen which is basically all the time  :) but when I'm gaming on my PC there isn't as much time to browse or make posts on here due to no or very fast loading screens.

It's a bit weird as a 45 second loading screen on a console allows me to type up half a post on here or something lol and doesn't feel like a break in my gaming but if that same loading screen is 15 seconds on PC spending another 30 seconds typing when my game is ready to play feels like it's interupting me even though it's actually the same time spent :P

My activity on here does drop alot when I'm gaming on the PC I generally still read as much stuff but don't post on the topics.

If you're not hip to the whole Ark scene, here's a quick catch-up: the latest patch to the dino survival game included some pretty drastic changes to flying dinosaurs, and many players aren't too happy about it. In particular, the winged dinos' flying speed was greatly reduced and capped. There were also reductions to stamina and carry weight. Birds got nerfed, in other words.
The Classic Flyers mod claims to undo the patch completely.

So you are indeed playing while paying attention to the site, up to a point where you use the breaks the game gives you in the form of loading times, to actually post.

Sir, you're the living proof that the old belief that men can't do two things at once is wrong.

And now, the other news post:

Gearbox says a Bulletstorm sequel 'definitely, probably' could happen
http://www.pcgamer.com/gearbox-says-a-bulletstorm-sequel-definitely-probably-could-happen/
The Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition, a remastering of the sadly overlooked People Can Fly shooter from 2011 that features a healthy dose of Duke Nukem for some reason, will be out on April 7—that would be this Friday. And if it does well enough, as Meredith Hershey and Vincent Slaven of Gearbox recently told DualShockers, it might finally get a sequel.

Terraria: Otherworld update reveals a new 'development partner'
http://www.pcgamer.com/terraria-otherworld-update-reveals-a-new-development-partner/
It's been a couple of years since the announcement of Terraria: Otherworld, the followup that is not a sequel to the 2011 crafting-and-survival game Terraria. Developer Re-Logic hasn't had much to say about it since, but today it took to its forums to share some "important news." The good news is that the game is still in the works; the bad news is that co-developer Engine Software has been dropped from the project for reasons unknown, and that means it may take a little (or maybe a lot) longer than expected to get things done.

Game sales on Twitch are now live, offering free "Twitch Crate" rewards and more
http://www.pcgamer.com/game-sales-on-twitch-are-now-live-offering-free-twitch-crate-rewards-and-more/
Twitch has announced that the ability to buy games directly through its platform, a new feature that was first revealed back in February, is now live. The option will enable developers to make special offers to fans who are watching their games being played on the platform, and will also let partnered streamers earn money off of purchases made through their channel pages. Buyers will also be rewarded with free "Twitch Crates," which will contain randomized drops of items for Twitch including emotes, chat badges, and Cheer bits.

Quake Champions will get Australian servers
http://www.pcgamer.com/quake-champions-will-get-australian-servers/
For those living on the bottom side of the world and hanker for some modern arena shooter shenanigans, don't worry: we haven't been ignored. Quake Champions will be getting Australian servers, meaning we won't suffer the lag and jitters that so often ruin games without local infrastructure.

Dark Souls 3 update 1.32 out now, nerfs The Ringed City's light arrow-spouting angels
http://www.pcgamer.com/dark-souls-3-update-132-out-now-nerfs-the-ringed-citys-light-arrow-spouting-angels/
Despite the fact some Dark Souls players can take down its toughest bosses scantily clad, at Souls Level 1, and on New Game Plus 7, The Ringed City DLC is easily one of the series' trickiest outings. With this in mind, its latest update 1.32 installs a number of buffs and nerfs which should aid faltering players—not least by toning down those blasted lighting-spewing angels of the Dreg Heap.

Your favourite Overwatch hero could (should?) have been a cat in a jetpack
http://www.pcgamer.com/your-favourite-overwatch-hero-could-should-have-been-a-cat-in-a-jetpack/
According to this graphic posted by Reddit user Oberdiah in December last year, Ana, McCree and Genji are the best competitive Overwatch characters. Now, before you sound off with your own favourites, you may be interested to know that a jetpack-operating feline character almost made it into Blizzard's fast-firing first-person shooter. Yes, really.

Tokyo 42 explains the makeup of its gorgeous world
http://www.pcgamer.com/tokyo-42-explains-the-makeup-of-its-gorgeous-world/
SMAC and Mode 7's action stealth 'em up Tokyo 42 has so far wowed us with its multiple mission approaches, frantic Cop Drops, and Syndicate-versus-Grand Theft Auto likeness, however its striking open world is arguably its most endearing asset. In its latest developer-led diary, Paul Kilduff-Taylor chats with Maciek Strychalski—the latter of whom is solely responsible for the game's art—about the game's gorgeous architecture and how it came to be.

Oh, if anyone is wondering why the underlining of the first post isn't in red like the title sections, well, I tried to do it yesterday but the result was that everything appeared black, so it's either red letters with black underlining or everything in black.

If someone knows how to make everything red, a solution that's easy to do and works on this site (two almost mutually exclusive petitions), just let me know.

Apparently FlatOut 4: Total Insanity is coming to Steam this month, yet the "PC" trailer just shwos this at the end of said trailer:

Only the video description makes mention of Steam, which shows how lazy the pub/devs are at advertising this. Also the Youtube downvotes are telling as well as the comments section. The game doesn't seem to sport destruction physics either, games like Burnout paradise had those going since 2008.

If any of you have bought a GTX 1080Ti because you wanted the best of the best, well, I'm sorry:

Nvidia Silently Launches 3840 Shader Cores Nvidia TitanXp
http://www.guru3d.com/news-story/nvidia-silently-launches-3840-shader-cores-nvidia-titanxp.html

No that is not a typo, it reads TitanXp, so basically the GTX 1080 Ti release obliterated the Titan X sales right, but the GP102 GPU has more shader processors available, and you now have guessed it. The Nvidia TitanXp is a 3840 Shader cores enabled GP102

The new Titan Xp finally features a full-fat Pascal GP102 GPU, with all 3,840 CUDA cores unlocked. Last year's Titan X and the recently released GTX 1080 Ti only have 3,584. Titan Xp thus has 3840 shader cores, that's 7% more compared to the TitanX, which it will replace. The card is tied towards 12GB GDDR5X of memory at a full 384bit memory bus. At a 11.4 Ghz effective data-rate it offers 548 GB/memory bandwidth (coming from 484 GB/s). Titan Xp thus offers 3840 12 TFLOPS of theoretical throughput. The card has the same 250W thermal envelope as its predecessor.

The Nvidia TitanXp also has a faster GPU boost clock coming from 1,531MHz towards 1,582MHz. Currently I am seeking more specs and will update this news-item on the go. The price for the new card is 1.349 euro.

It has to be a joke XD.
