If you're not hip to the whole Ark scene, here's a quick catch-up: the latest patch to the dino survival game included some pretty drastic changes to flying dinosaurs, and many players aren't too happy about it. In particular, the winged dinos' flying speed was greatly reduced and capped. There were also reductions to stamina and carry weight. Birds got nerfed, in other words.
The Classic Flyers mod claims to undo the patch completely.

Bethesda has released a new trailer for Quake Champions, featuring 2 minutes of raw gameplay. As we can see, Quake Champions is as fast and as crazy as Quake 3 Arena, something that will definitely please its fans. The closed beta phase for Quake Champions begins this month, and the game will be released this year.

Caged Element has released a multiplayer trailer for its spiritual successor to Rollcage, GRIP. GRIP promises to bring old-school style combat racing back with a bang, and is described as a true tribute to the explosive fun had in a past gaming era. The game is already available on Steam Early Access, and comes with a 20% discount until April 11th.

 

Mass Effect: Andromeda – Patch 1.05 will improve lip-sync and facial acting

BioWare has revealed the changelog for Mass Effect: Andromeda’s upcoming patch. This patch will update your game’s version to 1.05 and will improve lip-sync and facial acting during some conversations. In addition, this patch will allow players to skip the autopilot sequences in the galaxy map.

NieR: Automata has physically shipped & digitally sold one million units

Square Enix has announced that the worldwide shipment and digital sales of its action-RPG, NieR: Automata have exceeded one million. While the company did not reveal specific percentages for “shipped” and “sold” units, we do know that almost 1/4 of digital sales is coming from the PC platform.

FlatOut 4: Total Insanity is now available on Steam
