Fist half of 2017, which given that it's AMD probably will end meaning June like last year's Polaris.

Wow, what a bummer. I thought we were just days from getting the first reviews. That they would paper release it adjacent to this CES show within just a few days and NDA would be lifted and reviews come, but then the actual cards might have been available in March or something like that.

This is a huge disappointment. I can't wait another 6 months.

But I have to....

Wll, sorry to be a party pooper.

If that helps you, what AMD is about to release are their CPUs, Ryzen.

Finished Metal Slug 2 and Castle of Illusion (delisted game) last week.

Finished Ducktales Remastered today.

I'm gonna play and finish one steam game a week. (targeting the indies and short games).

What ya'll think of "Freedom Planet"?

One game a week... I couldn't do that.

"Freedom Planet" looks like a Sonic game. As for how good it is, you should ask Conina or zero129, they've played it (and Conina quite a lot).

The more I hear about Ryzen, the more I am excited for it. I really hope it really does perform like that when it actually comes out and if the 8 core is less than $600 usd, I will 110% buy it asap.

If the games are pretty short, you could ;O!

Metal Slug took me 45 min to beat its SP campaign

Castle of Illusion took me 4 hours

Ducktales Remastered took me 4 hours too but it says 6 hours because I was playing it late night....decided to shut my eyes for a few seconds and ended up sleeping/napping for 2 hours XD.

I tend to buy long games,to maximise the gameplay hours I get from my money.

That's why I'll never be able to do it.

If performance out of the box doesn't convince you, maybe this will help

THe more I hear about both Vega and Ryzen, the more I'm thinking of going Red team. I just hope they don't pull an Intel and make those CPU's Windows 10 only.

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

Hey, does anyone here have more money than common sense? And do you have $4,999 to "invest"?

If the answers to both things are yes why don't you give them the money? this could be your thing:

Dell announced their UP3218K monitor, 8K Ultra HD, and that would result into 7680x4320 pixels @ 60 Hz.

33.2 million pixels. This is just insane.

One has to start to wonder - when will the push to increase screen resolution end up the same way the push to increase megapixels on cameras did? Surely 8k on a 32" screen has to be pushing the realms of what could ever possibly be noticeable to the human eye at realistic viewing distances?
