The new Hearthstone patch went live today promising nerfs and balance changes galore, but it also added a nasty bug that makes the game unlaunchable. If you try to play Hearthstone and see the error "Unable to load mono library from 'C:/Hearthstone/Hearthstone_Data/Mono/mono.dll' (error = 126)," you are not alone, but luckily there is an easy fix for it.

TOM CLANCY’S GHOST RECON WILDLANDS – NEW SCREENSHOTS RELEASED
http://www.dsogaming.com/screenshot-news/tom-clancys-ghost-recon-wildlands-new-screenshots-released/
Alongside the new trailer for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, Ubisoft released three new screenshots for its open-world tactical shooter. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands releases on March 7th and – as you may have guessed it – these screenshots look better than any gameplay footage we’ve seen (for example, we can easily notice a sharpening filter that has been applied to them). Therefore, it will be interesting to see whether PC gamers will be able to come close to these visuals via custom Reshade and SweetFX configs.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands will feature a full day/night cycle, as well as a realistic weather system that promise to have an influence on the gameplay. As such, players will be able to complete missions via different approaches and methods. The game releases on March 7th.

Andy mentioned 12 days ago that Rocket League's AquaDome update (it adds an 'AquaDome' and 'AquaCars', natch) would be arriving in October, and now that we're in October, that update has suddenly appeared. You want to battle other cars in a big game of football under the sea, right? Of course you do, so get a load of update 1.24's patch notes, which break down all the stuff that's just been elbowed in.

Just fucking amazing. My 1080 came today. gotta have to send it back because fucking coil noise. This is the first card ever that I had this problem with. I knew fucking Palit is a shit manufacturer. Stupid me trusting reviews instead of the only correct answer, which is always ASUS.

So here's the plan.
the 1080 goes back to the vendor for a refund. At the same time I will order the Asus 1080 from the same vendor. When the new card arrives hopefully latest on Friday I will send back the 1070 to Amazon to not cross the 2 weeks limit.
The Asus 1080 will work perfectly, because of course it will and we will live happily ever after.

Also my case arrived today. Not gonna bother building it today but I'm sure it will also have some surprises for me.

RESIDENT EVIL 7 VR IS "EXCLUSIVE TO PLAYSTATION VR" FOR A YEAR
http://www.pcgamer.com/resident-evil-7-vr-is-exclusive-to-playstation-vr-for-a-year/
We recently spoke to Resident Evil 7: Biohazard game director Koshi Nakanishi about the series' "switch to first-person VR," in which he described the first-person perspective as the "optimum" way to inflict horror on modern (read: jaded) gamers. Strapping the game directly to your face by way of a VR headset promises, in theory at least, to intensify the effect even further by injecting players directly into the unpleasantness. But it may be a much longer-than-expected wait before PC gamers get to sample the full experience.

DIGITAL HOMICIDE WITHDRAWS LAWSUIT AGAINST STEAM USERS, SAYS STUDIO IS "DESTROYED"
http://www.pcgamer.com/digital-homicide-withdraws-lawsuit-against-steam-users-says-studio-is-destroyed/
Digital Homicide, the maker of games including The Slaughtering Grounds, ET: The Extra-Large Testicle, and Not In My Crapper, recently made the astounding decision to sue 100 anonymous Steam users for $18 million over nasty comments they'd made about the studio's work. In response, Valve removed all of the studio's games from Steam, prompting Digital Homicide to threaten legal action against it as well. But last week it requested that the lawsuit be dismissed, because it can no longer afford to pursue it.

>>Plot twist: those who criticized their games were the only ones buying them . Not really, but if they have money problems from not having their games on Steam for a couple of weeks, it's that they were already in deep problems.

DARKEST DUNGEON IS GETTING A NEW PLAYABLE CLASS IN THE CRIMSON COURT DLC
http://www.pcgamer.com/darkest-dungeon-is-getting-a-new-playable-class-in-the-crimson-court-dlc-coming-next-year/
Darkest Dungeon is a party-based dungeon exploration game that basically simulates what would happen if real people were forced to delve into a real dungeon infested with real monsters. Sure, maybe you come out of it with a bag full of gold or some cool treasures, but you'll probably also have some deep psychological scars to deal with, or at the very least a nasty drinking problem.

SUDA51'S THE SILVER CASE OUT THIS WEEK
http://www.pcgamer.com/suda51s-the-silver-case-out-this-week/
Grasshopper Manufacture's The Silver Case, a Japanese-only visual novel that originally came out in 1998, is being remastered for modern times, and for a Western audience. It'll be out on Playism, Humble and Steam on October 7, and it looks a bit off-the-wall, as you'll realise if you've played the demo, or indeed any of Suda51's (Killer 7, No More Heroes) other games.

SUPERNATURAL STEALTH GAME ARAGAMI OUT TODAY
http://www.pcgamer.com/supernatural-stealth-game-aragami-out-today/
Aragami, previously known as Twin Souls: Path of the Shadows, is a third-person, supernatural stealth-'em-up starring an undead assassin who's quite fond of the colour red. I've been loosely following its development for a while now, and I've just learned today that it's out...today. You might say that it snuck up on me, but of course I would never say such a cliched thing about a stealth-focused game. Let's just say instead that the game has crawled out of the shadows and ow-ow, alright, I won't say that either.

ANNO 2205: FRONTIERS DLC OUT NOW, ADDS CYBORGS
http://www.pcgamer.com/anno-2205-frontiers-dlc-out-now-adds-cyborgs/
Blue Byte's futuristic citybuilder Anno 2205 gets a new expansion today in the form of Frontiers. What does Frontiers add, exactly? I mean, that's quite a name to live up to. Turns out Frontiers adds cyborgs, something I think we can all agree was missing from the gleaming skycraper game at launch.

And the story goes on. At this rate, you'll be able to sell the rights to Hollywood for a drama movie.

But coil whine can be very, very annoying, so if you can send it back, just do it.

Is the box of the case fine? Any damage on the outside? Are you sure the card will fit in it? (just asking)

Case package looks fine. It's  big tower and will probably hold even a 60cm GPU. I'm more concerned about my second CPU fan which stands out a bit because of the RAM.

I noticed that with the pics you've posted. But that Noctua cooler is huge, and so are the fans. 140mm?

And on an unrelated note, I think my gpu is starting to fail, or at least the fan .
