At least it's not an ASRock motherboard this time. Hopefully he'll get replacement cards.

AORUS RTX 5090 INFINITY costs an absurd €6,194 in Europe

Absolutely insane. Do they really think any gamer will buy one? The only ones that may be able to afford one of them don't give a sh*t about the looks of the card.

And now they're stealing from customers. I hope they get sued, eevn if they wpm't care because the fine, if there is one, will be likea drop in the ocean from the money they're making elsewhere.

I understand. I wonder how many people are actually waiting for the whole trilogy to be released for taking them. Square will probably make a Trilogy Pack when Revelation will be out. I guess something at $/€79.99.

I too am waiting for the trilogy to be finished. One thing that helps with that is that I haven't played the original yet but I want to. I think I've started it like twice, but the beginning is pretty boring, and the game is fairly ugly by today's standards...

I played it back in the day or, should I say, I tried it. I didn't like it.

The graphics weren't exactly appealing. I always thought that videogames moved to polygons too soon, and the first PS1 games were quite ugly. By the end of the gen things had improved a lot. You only need to see FF7 to FF), for example.

I love Final Fantasy, but they're sometimes a bit difficult to get into due to poor first hours (or in the case of XIII, the first 10-30 hours, depending on how you feel about it...). The thing about VII's graphics that irks me is the characters design, their 3D models to be exact. I hate that look. VIII was already quite nice for its time, and IX, which I have yet to play, also looks gorgeous for its time. VII has ugly characters and aged environments as well. I'm sure I'll love the game once I give it enough time though.

It's always refreshing to see someone being so passionate about something.

Just remember, there are more games besides FF7 .

Oh yes of course. I'm also loving right now Dead as Disco and Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced. I'm just waiting to finish FFVII Rebirth before playing them.

I have big hope for The Blood of the Dawnwalker.

The Blood of the Dawnwalker looks promising, but the decision to give your character a finite amount of days to fulfill your task means that it's impossible to do all the quests in the game in a single playthrough. Yes, that encourages replaying the game and do things differently, but it's also something that may make the game less enjoyable to me.

I still keep an eye on it, tho.

I feel Deus Ex, Cyberpunk and Max Payne vibes in the game. Any other reference I'm mising?

I think Daedalic has given away the game before, maybe for its 10th anniversary or something like that.

But I'm not going to complain about them giviing it away for free again.
