Weird, guess they upped it for Europe. Canada still $90 which makes sense due to currency conversion and steam shows $70 usd.

Since they require an RTX card I'm fucked out of playing it, but the price still guts me.

Gotta chose your poison sometime bruh. The end of Gtx is coming.

I dont buy full priced games anymore, simply no need with thousands of titles in my library across all platforms.

Same here.

I'm literally playing FFVII Remake Intergrade, which came out in 2021 lol

Didn't you literally buy FFVII Rebirth day one on Steam just this week?

Been testing the DLSS Transformer vs. CNN in Cyberpunk on a mid-range mobile 3070 140W gaming laptop I have, and very impressed with the ViT model when it comes to temporal stability and how clean the image looks on the 16 inch display. Basically 1600p performance mode with the transformer model + ray-reconstruction at ray tracing medium settings looks as good as, if not better, than 1600p Quality mode with the CNN model, in my opinion.

There are minor artifacts, but ray-reconstruction cleaned up most of the noticeable ones (originally tried it without and had a quite a bit of noise/shimmering.) I am able to get a solid 60fps with these settings, so the minor (few fps) performance hit using the transformer model isn't noticeable. Before I wouldn't bother doing any ray-tracing on this laptop and would just do a mix of high/ultra at 1600p DLSS quality.

True but it was for $41 from Humble - not $70.

And it was actually a month ago or whenever they announced it.

I make rare exceptions for certain franchises (mainline titles, not including remasters/ports) and/or if the price is just about right.

-Final Fantasy

-Kingdom Hearts

-Grand Theft Auto

-Mario

-Pokemon

-Zelda

But I would say close to 99% of my game purchases are all non-day 1.

Yeah, that was the interesting part, as is often with these smaller events... I kind of wish I could either archive stickers I'm less likely to use, or mark some as favourites, but stickers are like Pokémon: I want them all*!
