Yea Europeans getting screwed by every company. PS5 and iphones saw huge increases in price in the EU as well. I suggest for European PC gamers they get a GPU or a PC in general that they know will satisfy them long term and bunker down cause it's gonna get worse.

Guys, those of you with an Nvidia card and running Windows 11 may want to pay attention to this:

NVIDIA GeForce Cards Have issues after Windows 11 2022 (22H2) Update
https://www.guru3d.com/news-story/nvidia-geforce-cards-have-issues-after-windows-11-2022-(22h2)-update.html
Microsoft is slowly rolling out the new Windows 11 2022 update to end-users; unfortunately, there are many reports that there is an issue with GeForce graphics cards, in specific some users even see 120 FPS framerates drop to 30 FPS.

(...)

Nvidia confirms in its forum that new debugging tools introduced in Windows 11 22H2 are currently triggered and activated. Nvidia proclaims it is developing a fix, but no timeline has been provided. If you own a GeForce graphics card, you probably want to skip and delay that update until this is fixed.

Radeon Monster Profile “RMP” Is An Enhanced Tuning Utility For AMD RDNA 2 GPUs Coming This Fall, Integrated Within Hydra

https://wccftech.com/radeon-master-profile-rmp-enhanced-tuning-utility-amd-rdna-2-gpus-coming-this-fall/

Sounds like its a form of curve optimizer but without needing the manual tuning. You can do it on Nvidia as well but its good to have profiles instead of playing around with MSI afterburner.

Given the insane prices of Ada, making them only very high-end, Intel still has time to launch the rest of their cards without facing too much competition, unless there are more price cuts for current gen cards.

Well the issue right now is Ampere and RDNA 2 are still getting heavily discounted and most likely, those will continue to be in stock until the end of the year. So Intel will start to have a chance starting next year but honestly, they should focus on Battlemage at this point and see if they can launch that in a better state.

We don't know how big the discounts will be, AIBs cam't affort to lose a lot of money, and we don't know how much the Intel cards will cost either. Between that and that neither AMD and Nvidia will launch mid range cards until after CES, Intel still has a chance to sell some cards.

But, of course, they need to launch them soon. Time is running out.

Nvidia clarifies that DLSS 3 frame generation will add latency of 1/2 frame time. That means we are talking about frame interpolation between existing frames and the newest rendered frame has to be hold back for 1/2 frame time. This does not sound well for 30fps games or fast esport titles. It might work for slow games  like Flight Simulator running at 45-60fps to get to >60fps stable. Also it won't be able to smooth over CPU frame spikes because you need a rendered frame first before you can inject an interpolated frame.
