New Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition PC Patch Adds PS5 DualSense Controller Support, Complete With Adaptive Triggers and Haptics

It actually works exactly like the PS5 version which is nuts

Twitch launches a dedicated ‘hot tubs’ category after advertiser pushback

Most likely cause this chick got banned from receiving ad money due to advertisement complaints but her pair of influences are too big for twitch to lose. So twitch created a new category for advertisers to better control where their ads go into.

Mobos shouldn't have fans to begin with tbh.

Does the new XSX gamepad support the same features or are they still behind on that?.

I really couldn't get to "grips" with my DS4 at the time I tried using it (much like my Steam gamepad, which I should just give to someone since I cba using it anymore), and I ended up just sticking with my X1 gamepad since. It'd be nice if MS had the same level of features, since I'm most comfortable with their pad over Sony's. I've got the Switch pro, but Gyro support on PC is next to non existent.

Some Lovelace and RDNA 3 rumours! Take it with a grain of salt!

In other words, it basically looks like this:

https://wccftech.com/nvidia-ada-lovelace-geforce-rtx-amd-rdna-3-radeon-rx-next-generation-gpus-rumored-twice-as-fast-than-ampere-rdna-2/

If true and if Nvidia releases Lovelace as their flagship, for the first time in a long time, AMD might have the performance crown for a generation. But if Nvidia releases Hopper as their flagship and uses Lovelace for their more affordable GPUs, then Nvidia will have the performance crown. So far though, Hopper is rumoured to be delayed and Lovelace is supposed to take over so... Who knows!

Gotta love competition, it will be interesting for sure! With those kinds of on paper performance uplifts, I have a feeling that a lot wallets will cry. Still, take it with a grain of salt as things can change drastically.

New Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition PC Patch Adds PS5 DualSense Controller Support, Complete With Adaptive Triggers and Haptics

Ok thats crazy and great news. I got an Xbox Series Controller about 2 weeks ago but if the DualSense controller starts getting more support on PC with its features i can honestly see myself buying one. I'm just way more use to using xbox controllers on my PC and like the feel of them much better then Sony ones so like Chazore id love for MS to add them features to their controller, I honestly dont know why they are so behind on this, but yet charge the same price pretty much for their controllers as the dualsense.

Yea MS is very behind in controller tech sadly. Hell MS still includes AA batteries instead of rechargeable ones unless you pay extra for those. The Series X controller is more of an evolution where as the Dual Sense is leagues better imo (As I own a PS5 and Series X). The only problem with Dual Sense on PC is the button prompts in games match which is urgh worthy.

I don't see Nvidia launching two architectures at the same time, it would be hell for the driver team. But holly f*ck if thoseestimates are true! That's another gen with pretty big improvements.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

That's true but it will be interesting to see how Nvidia will respond if those AMD numbers are real especially as Lovelace is rumored to be delayed. If Nvidia comes out with a GPU that's slower than RDNA 3 months after RDNA 3 launches... That would be Nvidia's Rocket Lake type of yikes! Maybe they will bring AD101 as their flagship to compete instead of just 102. Regardless though, Kopite does have an excellent track record. He correctly leaked the entire Ampere lineup in 2019!

Also some AM5 rumours! Take it with a grain of salt!

Looks like AMD will be going LGA for Zen 5 if true. PCI-e 4.0 is a bit weird if Alder Lake turns out to be PCI-e 5.0.

I prefer AA batteries. When a pair of Eneloops is empty I can replace them within a few seconds against a recharged pair and can keep on playing wirelessly. If these rechargable batteries go bad, I can easily replace them with others. If the controller gets broken, I can use these rechargable batteries in a different device.

On PlayStation I have to connect a wire for a few hours if I want to keep on playing (or have to switch to a charged DS4 / DualSense). Changing a bad battery is more expensive and much less convenient. If the controller gets broken, I'm much more limited to use the battery in a different device.

Do we have any hardware that makes any use of PCI-E 5 already?

I do think 4.0 is still fine. Pretty sure they will upgrade to 5 midway with something like Zen 5 like they did the switch to PCI-E 4.0 with Zen 2.

Yea but in fairness, I ragged on Intel for not having PCI-E 4.0 so I am gonna have to do that for AMD as well. It's probably not a big deal but with the way tech is advancing due to competition, the more features the better! Still, if Zen 4 kills Alder Lake like AMD did with Zen 3, then it won't matter regardless.

Yea but my issue is that MS sells their rechargeable battery kit separately. They should include it with the Series X controller and still keep the functionality of being able to swap things out since if you buy the charging kit and the battery dies, it easy to swap it out with AA batteries if you really want to.
