Today, indie developer HumaNature, founded by original Starflight co-creator Greg Johnson, took the first step toward (finally) making Starflight 3 with the launch of an $800,000 crowdfunding campaign on Fig. New species, systems, and planets are planned, but the core gameplay mechanics of the original games will remain: Assemble, maintain, and grow a diverse starship crew, then lead it across a handcrafted galaxy, making friends (and enemies), solving problems, and trying to understand what it all means.

Family Man looks like it could be a very interesting sort of experience. Visually, it's colorful and blocky, like a Minecraft-inspired first-person adventure in a quaint, quiet seaside town. But the actual gameplay, about a man who has 30 days to repay a heavy debt to the mob, is something else entirely.

The Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay reveal was viewed by almost half a million people. I'm excited, but feel its HUD is a little cluttered in places—not least during its combat sequences. Lucky for me, CD Projekt Red says damage numbers can be turned off and a host of HUD elements will be optional.
