Thank you so much happy dolphin for being the martyr we all need in the industry... I mean you are so right so many people here are praising Sony for charging to play online. Its unbelievable the blind logic these fanboys have to not only be okay with a paywall for online gaming, but praising Sony for doing it. Obviously Sony is the only company who could have done it right, so when people didn't want to buy a 360 because XBL charged to play online it wasn't because they didn't see any actual service being provided, or just a pay wall blocking IE... No it was because they knew that only Sony could do it right! I mean who cares that Sony is actually providing a service to automatically record game play backed up on their servers, which is free to any user, or that there are several things that are not blocked by a pay wall. No! Everyone just loves paying extra money and now that Sony is making it mandatory its OK. That is correct! No one is upset about it, no one has said they aren't getting a next gen console (getting a wii u or pc gaming instead) no that hasn't happened. All the Sony fans are saying that wow now that Sony is forcing a paywall for multiplayer it must be the bees knees!

You are also openly accusing a mod of bias. A mod who has been a member of this site for the longest time and one of the best members of the site.

The report system is like a stack. We don't know at what time it appeared and if it was handled by another mod.

Don't worry too much about it.

Don't make accusations. Will you accuse mods of being biased if you get moderated for this post?

Ivé seen useres be banned for lying about trivial things but I bet nothing not even a warning will happen for this.

Yeah I'm terrible for defending someone that you accused without having proof that he lied. Like I said in the other post at the time he made the comment it might have really been 0.

If MP is all you're paying for, then yes; it's bad.

If you're the type of consumer who only buys a few games a year and can go weeks or even months between using PSN for online gaming, it's even worse. Probably not even worth the subscription unless $50 a year is just a drop in the bucket.

Some have been saying for years that Sony can't afford to keep online play free as MS continued to generate healthy streams of revenue from paid subscriptions.

I think it's unfortunate that there aren't enough PSN+ subscribers who are paying for the extra content, beta access, free games, discounts, etc. to cover the costs of the PSN infrastructure (or maybe there are) because now it looks like there will be a lot more paying primarily for online gaming amongst those who consider that worth the subscription costs.

lets say that is true it was a mistake how many times has this happened to other fanbases then Sony?

This thread has proved what most people have been saying and we should all own up to that, own up to our part in this fucking mess and start over.

its ok to defend whatever company you like but its not ok to do it at the cost of right and wrong. (thats the best way i can explain what i mean, english is not my first language)

They are fucking doing it wrong if they have to charge for it, L2Valve or L2PC, at least I have 2 things to shit on in the 8th gen now whereas I only had 1 before. :P Or just buy a Wii U of course, everybody should have one obviously.
