And I don't think Xbox 360 has more potential. What can he achieve more? Xbox 360 started with a problem (RROD) that could kill any device and prevent any chance of success and it was the only console with the paid online, yet, it was arguably the most successful console last gen with the very high profit. 

Anyway, the console was very successful = He succeeded  at his job.

I'm mostly referring to the last few years of the 360's life that seemed to dwell entirely on kinect.  It is quite different from the beginning of the gen where they were able to secure great games and lots of timed exclusives like Mass Effect and Bioshock.  I also think the 360 squandered its online network advantage, failing to take advantage of it like they should have.  Remember the whole xbox live prime time?  With games that you would tune in to play?  How awesome would that have been if they had actually done more with that than 1 vs 100! 

I also wouldn't say it was the most successful, even arguably.  The wii was easily the most successful making a profit from day 1.  

I agree it was successful, but I think it could have been better, for me anyway.  I'm not really talking about its success in general, but in terms of how the console appeals to me.  I own more games for my 360 than my ps3 and wii, but I did find myself buying more games for the other systems in the later years of the 360.  Does that make sense?
