Velocity sold 100,000 in about 3 months on the PSP. Retro City Rampage sold 35,000 on PSN vs. 40,000 on Steam.
1,000,000 PS Minis were sold over 10 months and across 80 games. Those were PSP ones so at an average of 12,500 per PSP Mini, back in 2009-2010, I think it's safe to say that PSN sales are quite high.
