Yes. They all could run on it with slightly downgraded visuals (framerate for splitscreen Mario Kart, draw distance in X etc) just like most PS4 & X1 games could run on Wii U with downgraded visuals (but probably more so). Scalability is massive these days.

Agreed

Let's be honest here, Metal Gear Solid V looks ten times nicer than any game shown for any console, next-gen or otherwise

I do not agree. MGS5 looks great, but I'd put games like X, Uncharted 2/3, The Last of Us, and God of War Ascension above it visually.

Im a huge Sony fanboy, but lets face it MGSV is better looking than any current gen game out there (maybe only challanged by Watch Dogs) The level of detail in an open world, the characters, animations, faces its all top notch.

and it still has time to clean up some of the textures in the second picture (I know that you are going to point it out that the textures of the spikes and the blood aren't very good, but look at pretty much everything else)

360 Bayonetta:

baynotetta was a very very ugly game on 360 and it continues the tradition on wiiu but it looks a bit better., cause its coming out like 3 years later, so of course it gonna look better cause they removed the use of the horrible yellow bloom filter, still to say it looks impressive especially based on those pics is none sense IMO.

The thing here is that even an untrained eye can see the difference and you earlier said you couldn't even see what the difference was.  Looking side by side, even at some of the original's best screenshots don't compare to even some of the worse ones for Wii U (unfinished).

.

the pic above actually look better to me.

Yes they will run, you just have to tune down the assets and have dynamic resolution at a lower FPS and turn off some features while lowering some others.

For me, there is one defining proof that the Wii U is indeed next-gen. It has as much eDRAM as the XBone has eSRAM. In fact, the Wii U has slightly more embedded memory because it has a small chunk of eSRAM on top of all of this.

For perspective, the 360 has less than a third of that much eDRAM. The XBone only matches the eDRAM. The PS4 has no embedded memory at all (that we know of.)

The Wii U also has about 1.5 GB RAM available to games, which is three times more than the PS3/360.

Conclusion: The Wii U has more embedded memory than any other console in this gen or the next, so it is impossible for any of those consoles to play an optimized Wii U game without turning some settings down. Porting to the PS4/ One will be a wash at best.

To the PS3/360? Don't make me laugh. The Wii U's bigger chunk of RAM alone makes that impossible, even if the GPU is on par on paper. Textures would have to be deeply compressed, which would adversely affect performance on top of the porting loss.

Two can play at that game.  The background details and resolution is much higher in bayonetta 2.  Not only that, but a much sleeker model for the characters are being used.  Also, the lighting has improved in Bayonetta 2.  As you can see, the exact same argument you use against X can be used against Bayonetta.  Look at Bayonetta 2 and it uses a much more realistic shade for the shadows.  Also you can see the light reflecting off of the clothing on the Bayonetta 2 screen shot while in the original, you don't really have that at all.  Also, something you like bringing up too are jaggies.  Look at the one in the original vs the one in Bayonetta 2.  You mostly see the one in Bayonetta 2 where the floor  with spikes are, and if you haven't noticed, that thing is an attack (it comes up when she attacks).  The original has it much worse, and lets add to this and look at the fact that most of the rest of the screenshot looks far superior.  The buildings and everything.  Even the bad parts of the screenshot you pointed out are visible in the original quite easily.
