dude hasn't shown me that PS4 or whatever puts current gen games out to pastuer. In fact, he proves my point that diminishing returns are hitting the next-gen systems!!! |
dude you have no idea what your talking about, and you post sub hd pics, compare resident evil 4 to grand theft auto 4 to 360/ps3, deep down will blow away those linear games you keep comparing too open world games.

this is how god of war 3 will look running on your set. please click open new tab to view in proper resolution, now these are open world games, and still look a good deal better then GOW3 which ihas the best graphics on any game this gen. |
and yet you consider X, a bigger, more detailed and demanding open world to be "inferior than what we have on ps360"
p.s. GOW3 doesn't have the best graphics of the gen.

I havent seen anything impressive about X graphically the textures, lighting, and AA dont even look better then read dead.

It's just that screen of GoW3 could easily be used a ammo to criticise its graphics, as it shows its weaker points, namely that many textures and shadows aren't designed for close up viewing. It's good evidence to show Second Son's visual superiority, but it also undermines your efforts to paint GoW3's graphics as ahead of Wii U's.

And I said that there will still be much more processing on its competitors anyways. (read bold in quote) The point is, that the gap isn't as big as a lot of you think it is, but there is still a big gap, just not as big as you currently think perhaps. |
I see you post from time to time about hardware, and I'm afraid it's too obvious from your posts that you know very little about how stuff works (mistaking 1 core from APU for GPU being obvious pointer to that).
I strongly suggest, for start, to dig through some threads here (Superchunk's comparison thread is, mostly, accurate enough) if you really want to learn a bit or two about PS4/XOne/WiiU.
Oh, and unlike what some people here living in Phantasy Kingdom believe, the gap between them is, unfortunately, really big - but that's what you get when you ditch successful Wii design, and instead of better innards you go for Gamepad.

Agreed. The Last of Us, Uncharted 2 & 3, God of War Ascension, and Halo 4 beat it.
On the topic at hand some of the games if not all are confirmed to be running at 1080p 60fps, they could run on lesser hardware but not at their current graphical level and not at 1080p 60fps. The games would also have to be a sub-HD resolution.
In regards to X no open world game on PS3 and 360 is on X's level.

actually X, baynetta and mario kart are all 720p with x being 30fps.
