Ive been paying since what, 2007? So its nothing really major for me.

I had one sub over PS3, Wii and 360, Ill have one sub over PS4, Wii U and One.

Hopefully the benefits they add will be worth it.

Why  has it lost its value if i never played them?

The fact that u also get ps+ for ps4,ps3 and vita is an great deal imo.

OT: Yeah, I hate paying for online. I'm not sure of what to do. On the one hand I barely play online so the price is not worth it. On the other I own a PS3 and Vita and will own a PS4 so PS+ has a lot of value. I may go for it for this and the occasional online game.

You are not entitled to free online play, never were. Nintendo will eventually charge for online play or forever have the worst online presence.

Nonsense, there has been much discussion about this very topic over the years. Frankly you couldn't stop some users from crowbarring discussion about how paying for online play is a scam.

Has this forum just given in?! No more fight left in us?

Trust isn't the word I'd use. They would have lost some customers, but not all.

Ultimately, MS could have gone through with the DRM crap. But they didn't because they didn't want to.
