I LOVED this film. Easily my second favorite super hero film behind Batman. The action was great, the story was great, the music was great, the animations were great and the length of the film was great. It's a 92/100 for me.

I thought it was mediocre, it had the potential to be good... but the pointless action scenes, throwing people through buildings then mountains, over and over again, bleh.

56% is appropriate for me, i'd give 2.5/5.

I can't believe people still go to the movie theaters...  If I only have to spend about $1.40 or whatever at Redbox then I'll probably still rate it a 3/5 (Netflix rating).  Can't believe people spend the big bucks to go to movie theater for these kind of movies.  Hollywood has been shitting out comic book movies since ~2000 because they have run out of ideas.  These movies aren't worth more than 1-2 dollars tops to watch.

Personally mediocre. He's blantantly a style over substance director. 300, Watchmen and Legend of the Guardians weren't too bad, very flashy stuff, but Sucker Punch was my limit. Surprised they chose him for such an important film, but hey, I guess he draws in audiences.

pretty much everything super man related is crap.

what is superman? a dude who is stronger than everybody, can fly super super fast, cant be killed, cant be shot, nothing can really beat him. ohh wow the intensity of the film is super! will superman win?! how could i ever know?!

Thats probably why they chosen him. He is good with special effects and shoots, so under nolan supervision its a good match.

Well man Of steel wasn't figthing a giant rock for is final figth ..... so maybe people see rocks as a higher humanity trait ?
