I agree, it only a few months ago it was reported that Sakurai was play testing the games with one hand because he messed his other one up with too much video games.

I imagine jumping from KI: Uprising to Smash Bros. means that if he doesn't take time off between his next projects he is going to have claws for hands when he enters into his 50s.

is this based on logic or your preference?  I'd rather not cut falco, wolf, ike, and toon link since they're sort of clones (actually falco was almost entirely revamped in brawl).  But why marth and olimar?  They are the sole or original representatives of their games.  Also, why ROB, but not game and watch?  Unless, like i inferred, it's just your preference.  In which case, step off my olimar and diddy kong! :P  :)

Every roster problem can be solved with ALT SKINS. Wolf can still be in the game! He will just function identically to Fox. Lucas can still be in the game! He will simply be indiscernible from Ness except for his appearance. Likewise with every other clone character.

It's the simplest, easiest, most straightforward solution to every roster problem.

I'd hate to see Falco, Marth or Diddy go. The other 7 would be fine by me though. Snake and Sonic can go as well.

Marth can't go, 'cause he the best representative of Fire Emblem. Just like Olimar is to Pikmin. Lucario, I can see will be replaced by another Pokemon character just he replaced Mewtwo...
