after seeing the new gameplay footage it'll probably see 1 less sale; that being me. It once again looks like it will be ok, like colors was. I just feel like it's torn between the two identities of being 3d or 2d. Wish they'd just keep making 2d downloadable titles and just make this a full fledged 3d sonic. Colors 3d sections were the best of any sonic 3d game imo. Lost worlds looks like it continues in that direction and i love it. Just wish it would ditch the 3d for this particular game.

Dunno what some people are on in this topic, and why they expect this to sell a million quicker than any other sonic.

Sonic's sales have been pretty consistent generally selling about 5-700 K in the first few months. I'm not sure if being on the Wii U will help or hurt this one. On the one hand, the install base is low, but on the other, there are few quality Wii U games, so that might help it stand out.

I'm going to be optimistic and say 600K.
